And when he mentioned the enemies and began with them, because the context is for the condemnation of those who have become stagnant from the familiar and left the known, he followed it with the allies and said, emphasizing what the disbelievers have of denial: "Indeed, those who have believed," meaning they acknowledged faith from all of creation, the angels and others, "and did righteous deeds," meaning as a confirmation of their faith, "those are the best of creation." And when the delight of the heart is greater, he prioritized it over the delight of the body, emphasizing their praise, and said: "Those are the highest in degrees, they are specifically the best of creation."
