And he confirmed, meaning he established the confirmation for the informant. 'With the best' means it is the word of justice, which is the best of speech from the oneness and what branches from it of the truthful promises regarding the Hereafter and the fulfillment in spending in this world, and the manifestation of the religion, even if its people are few in all of the religion. And other than that from all that the Messenger, blessings and peace be upon him, promised, glorified and exalted is He.
