He said: 'So I have warned you' meaning I have cautioned you, O you who oppose the path that I have made clear: 'a blazing fire' meaning it ignites and flames with a burning that is of the utmost severity without any burden upon its fuel originally. And no one from its keepers - as indicated by the dropping of the 'ta,' and in the merging there is also an indication that the least of the fire of the Hereafter is likewise so. Thus, the warning of what blazes and what is above that is more deserving.
