And no, while it is the case that he does not fear at any time from his Lord. This has been narrated from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him. It is supported by the reading of the people of Medina and the Levant with the letter 'fa' indicating causation from the [damdamah] and [taswiyah]. Likewise, it is in their mushafs. 'Its consequence' means the outcome of this [damdamah] and what follows it. Indeed, He is the Most High King, in whose grasp is everything. It is not as every punisher among kings fears, so that some may remain. He knows that He, glorified and exalted is He, elevates His allies because they are upon the truth, and He lowers His enemies because they are upon falsehood. So, after that, only the doomed will go astray, whose insight is darker than the darkest night. The end of it returns to the beginning with the oath and its omitted response, which is the nature of souls upon different dispositions, and the advance towards them with a warning of destruction. The essence of the oath is also that whoever has these tremendous actions, which He has made equal among His creation in it, and this precise management is such that no matter can overwhelm Him and He does not fear an outcome. And Allah is the one who grants success to what is correct.
