And when He, glorified and exalted is He, described Himself, the Most Sacred, with what He is worthy of, from the comprehensiveness of power, and the greatness of might and strength, He followed that with evidence that includes that the one who calls them - and he is His Prophet, blessings and peace be upon him - is not in need of them, nor is his victory over them dependent upon them, just as he did not need them - by the protection of the All-Powerful - in what has passed from the migration that he mentioned.
