And when the arrangement indicated the coming of a great matter, the custom in this world is that the paths do not become filled with sweeping or sprinkling or arrangement except for a great presence like that of a sultan. He said, gently addressing the addressee from the end of Surah Al-Burooj to here by mentioning the attribute of benevolence in a way that shatters the hearts of his adversaries: ﴿And your Lord came﴾ meaning the matter of the one who does good to you by manifesting your utmost elevation on that greatest day for the separation of judgment between the servants. (p-38) By your intercession ﴿and the angels﴾ meaning this type is while the angels are lined up ﴿in rows﴾ meaning their arrangement is distributed according to their kinds, each kind in a separate row. The inhabitants of the heavens surround the world of jinn and humans, and the inhabitants of each heaven likewise, and they are weaker than those who surround it until they encompass the inhabitants of the seventh heaven completely, and they are weaker than all those who surround it from the creations. So His presence in that state and His distance is as it was before that without any difference at all, and nothing new has occurred except for the connection of His power according to His will in the separation between the creations. And if He were to be absent at a time or His absence were possible to the extent that He needed to come, He would have been in need, and if He were in need, He would have been incapable. And if He were to be incapable or if His incapacity were possible in any state, He would not be suitable for divinity - exalted is Allah above what the wrongdoers and deniers say, a great exaltation. And in the repetition of 'in rows' there is a hint to divert the coming from its reality and guidance to what I have mentioned of the representation.
