And when that is done out of necessity [with dislike], he means by saying what is explicit in the intended meaning: ﴿And you love﴾, that is, in a manner of continuity ﴿wealth﴾, that is, this type of whatever it may be. And he emphasized it with the source and description, saying: ﴿A great love﴾, that is, much with eagerness and greed. [So] the ultimate matter for them is the worldly view. They did not divert themselves from loving it to what reason calls for, which restrains the soul from desires, and the prohibition that prevents it from pleasures, to turn towards Allah.
