And when those in the heat are in most need of that which cools their insides, he said, building [upon the consensus] for the action, following the reading of Abu Amr in what preceded: ﴿They will be given to drink﴾ (p-5). This means that everyone whom the king permits in that will be given to drink in the easiest and simplest manner ﴿from a boiling spring﴾.
