And when the one who prevents his punishment, at the time of revealing his secrets, is either himself or someone who supports him, he said, explaining the revealing of what he strives to conceal: "So what is with him" meaning the person whose secrets have been revealed. And he emphasized the generality and negation by saying: "from power" meaning that he prevents himself from punishment with it, "and no supporter" meaning one who supports him and prevents him from the enforcement of the judgment against him. And there is no prevention except by these two matters: a power that is established within him or an external power.
