And when this necessitates a severe warning, He placed its position in mockery of them and as an announcement that the anger has reached its peak with His saying: "So give them good news." That is, inform them, O best of creation, and most complete of them, and most just of them, with a news that changes their good tidings: "of a painful punishment."
