Commentary
Certainly, he will return, humbled, diminished, and destroyed. Then he explained this by saying, confirming for the one who denies: "Indeed, his Lord," meaning the One who began his creation and raised him, "was" eternally and forever, "with him," meaning this wretched one in his resurrection just as He was in his beginning and in all his deeds and conditions, which should not be left without accounting by a just judge. "Seeing," meaning observing him and knowing him with the most profound sight and complete knowledge. Thus, leaving him neglected while knowing his deeds is contrary to wisdom, justice, and kingship. This is something that cannot be accepted in reason in any way.
