Commentary
And when this necessitated strength, he stated it explicitly for emphasis, saying: ﴿Possessor of strength﴾, meaning in [the control of] what he was sent with himself and in the defense against others from introducing anything of deficiency into it. He emphasized the strength with his saying: ﴿With the Possessor of the Throne﴾, meaning the supreme king whose throne encompasses all the worlds, for there is no true possession except for Him. ﴿Established﴾, meaning firmly established with Him, of great status indeed, and profound in it. Thus, he is in a position where there cannot be any neglect in conveying anything of what he was sent with, for conditions do not change it, nor do conflicting desires affect it, because he has no desire except what his sender commands, glorified and exalted is He.
