Commentary
And when its description is more awe-inspiring, he said, replacing 'if' with what indicates its answer, such as: each one is occupied with himself and has no time for others: 'On the Day a man will flee.' This refers to the one who is the greatest of creation in honor. And since the context is about fleeing, he presented the one of the lowest rank in love and defense first, and he is the lowest in a manner of progression, and he delayed the one who is most deserving in that. The most deserving is contrary to what was in 'asked,' as previously mentioned, and he said: 'from his brother,' because he is familiar with him since childhood and may rely on him in adulthood due to the length of companionship and the closeness in kinship, so he will be for him in the utmost honor.
