75Those who believed later on and emigrated and carried out Jihād alongwith you, then, they are joined with you. As for the womb-relatives, they are closer to one another according to the Book of Allah. Surely, Allah is aware of every thing.

And when the believers were truly restricted among those described, it was clarified that whoever leaves what he is upon from the necessity of the abode of disbelief and abstaining from jihad, he will join their rank even if they are higher than him in it. So he said, mentioning the fourth category: ﴿And those who believed﴾. And since they had delayed in responding to the call of the Prophet, blessings and peace be upon him, for a period, he included the neighbor and said: ﴿Afterwards﴾, meaning: after their belief was delayed from the earlier ones. ﴿And they emigrated﴾, meaning: they followed the earlier ones. And from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, it is said that they are those who emigrated after Hudaybiyyah. Thus, the end of the Surah has aligned with turning away from the world, reconciling between people, and clarifying the true believers and following the knowledgeable in all actions without objection - from its beginning, and clarifying who is an ally and who is an enemy from the beginning of Al-Bara'ah.
