And when he mentioned the two types of movement, with intensity and gentleness, he mentioned their action in their approach to Him and their return from Him. He said: "And those who swim" [meaning] from the angels as well, in the atmosphere after preparing to fly to what Allah has commanded them of His commands, whether from the spirit or otherwise. "Swimming" is in the utmost speed because there is no obstacle for them. Rather, Allah has enabled them to penetrate through everything just as He has enabled the swimmer in water and air. For this reason, he connected his statement with 'fa' (so) saying:
