Commentary
And when there is in this a sign of His ability to resurrect and other than that, He said: "Woe on that Day" [meaning -] on the Day when the Hour will arise to be the separation between the servants. He conveyed it in a manner that is established, with no dispute in it, indicating that no one will deny it after the evidence has appeared except one who has no grasp of it. "For the deniers" means those who are in the utmost firmness in denial, until they denied what we have in this of the distinction by which we differentiated between one land and another, until we made some of it suitable for the separation of its land from water, and some of it unsuitable. We made some of it capable of mountains and some of it incapable - and other than that from the marvelous distinctions.
