And when this was great, He translated it and clarified it, magnifying it by His saying: ﴿So We determined﴾, meaning by Our greatness over that, or We made it according to a known measure of provisions, lifespans, conditions, and deeds. ﴿So excellent are We as the Determiners﴾, We are absolutely so regarding that and other than it, or the Determiners in those measures due to the completeness of greatness that allows us to make that directly from whom We want by their will and choice. And perhaps the expression by what may imply with greatness the gathering of what He, glorified and exalted is He, established in that from the causes with the angels and others. And in it, along with that, there is a trial for the worshippers, both the monotheists among them and the polytheists.
