And when the multiplication of that drop and its transformation is a great and amazing matter, He indicated it with a tool of distance, with its implication of a delay in time as well. So He said: ﴿Then it was﴾ meaning a precise existence ﴿a clinging substance﴾ meaning thick, red blood that is very red and thick. ﴿Then He created﴾ meaning He determined, glorified is He, after that its flesh, its bones, its nerves, and other than that from its essential qualities and attributes. ﴿Then He fashioned﴾ meaning He adjusted from that another creation, to the utmost degree of adjustment, an independent person.
