And when their action is that of one who believes that the Quran is not a correct admonition deserving to be followed, He said, deterring them from this necessity: ﴿No﴾ meaning the matter is certainly not as you claim that this Quran does not deserve to be approached. Then He began His saying, confirming for the sake of what this action contains of their denial: ﴿Indeed, it﴾ meaning the Quran ﴿is a reminder﴾ meaning a place of great admonition that necessitates a great obligation to follow it and not to detach from it in any way. So, it is not for anyone to say: I am excused because I did not find a reminder or an informant, for with Him is the greatest reminder and the most noble differentiator.
