And when the skilled one in contemplation, if he thinks and corrects his thought, looks into its necessities, he means by saying: 'Then he looked' that is, into what he can use to refute the matter of the Qur'an repeatedly, and in that is an indication of the ugliness of his actions. The appearance of the truth to him, along with his insistence, means that the repetition of looking into the truth does not increase it in any case except in its appearance, and in falsehood it does not increase it except in weakness and lethargy.
