And when the plant from the thing does not act upon that thing, it indicates the perfection of His power by breaking that custom for them in the manner of bestowing grace upon them. So He said, manifesting the noble name once after another, in magnification of the evidence, so that the power is not constrained by what is associated with the name, indicating the lower world after guiding to the higher and the end of the lower, because His signs, despite their appearance, have become hidden due to the abundance of familiarity with them: "And Allah" meaning the One who encompasses all majesty and honor, "made for you" meaning a blessing upon you, showing concern for your affairs, "the earth a carpet" meaning [easy -] for you to act in it and to move about on it, as the ease of acting on the carpet. Then He explained that, saying:
