And when he mentioned the zakat of the soul, he followed it with the zakat of its counterpart, wealth. He said, clarifying the firmness in the description by the conjunction 'and': ﴿And those who have in their wealth﴾ meaning that which He, glorified and exalted is He, has bestowed upon them ﴿a right﴾. And since the context here is for a broader category of the doers of good who preceded in the Dhariyat, he limited it to the obligatory, saying: ﴿known﴾ meaning from the zakat and all obligatory expenditures.
