Commentary
And when this is [something that] may lead to salvation, some people are inclined in their hearts and are tempted by desires until they consider the impossible possible. He expressed this with the totality of deterrents and warnings: ﴿No﴾ meaning let there be a deterrent for the criminal. This is a deterrent from his desire, and its effect is established upon him, for that will never be in any way.
And when the concealment is before the mention to magnify that which is concealed in the context in which it is, for that is an indication that it is present in the mind and does not disappear at all due to the great significance it has in the situation. He said after this great deterrent from salvation, rather from the desire of wishing for it: ﴿Indeed, it﴾ meaning the Fire, which is the whip of the King prepared for whoever disobeys Him, threatened in this context with its punishment, dominating over him to be his prison: ﴿A blazing Fire﴾ meaning one that has pure flames, extreme in heat, that blazes, meaning it ignites and consumes some of it one another if it does not find something to consume and it consumes whatever it finds, whatever it may be.
