Commentary
And when this verse is about expiation, he presented the farthest from that, the farthest in terms of benefit and harm. And when the verse of 'Abasa is about fleeing and aversion, he presented the closest, the closest, and the most relevant in companionship, the most relevant.
And when he specified here what he said: ﴿And whoever is on the earth﴾, meaning from the two heavy ones and others, whether there is a friend among them that one cannot be patient without or must be in every case or not. And when it was perhaps specified by something else, he said, clarifying the intention of the truth in the meaning of 'from': ﴿All together﴾.
And when a person has matters revealed to him there, meaning he is shown, and they appear to him in the most complete appearance, Allah, the Most High, said: ﴿So your sight today is sharp﴾ [Q: 22]. So he knows that nothing will save him from the surrounding sins that are overwhelming him. This indicates the remoteness with the tool of distance, and he said, adding to 'he will redeem': ﴿Then he will be saved﴾, meaning then he wishes that he would have with that a salvation that renews for him at a time from the times.
