Then they increased in their reproach, their scolding, their grieving, their lamenting, and their denial of them by saying, pointing to people whom they used to belittle from the people of Paradise, saying: "Are these?" As if he is revealing to them about themselves until they see them increased in their punishment. "Those whom you swore" meaning: in this world, "Allah will not grant them" meaning: He who has the attributes of perfection, "a mercy" so how about the completeness of mercy.

And when the explicit statement of their entering Paradise is a source of distress for the people of Hell because it negates what they swore to, they said: "Enter" meaning: Allah said to them or someone speaking on His behalf: Enter "Paradise, there is no fear upon you" meaning: from anything that can be expected to harm you, "nor will you grieve" meaning: a renewed sadness will not come to you at any time for something that you missed of the goodness that does not fall under description.
