40Surely, those who have rejected Our signs and stood arrogant against them, the gates of the heavens shall not be opened for them, and they shall not enter Paradise unless a camel passes through the eye of a needle. This is how We recompense the sinners.

And when it became customary that the people of hardships expect relief, he informed that these are not like that, for they are impure and thus not worthy of the sacred places. So he said, beginning in response to one who seemed to say: Is there relief for these?
