And when He, glorified and exalted is He, mentioned the Al-Haaqqa, which He made the abode of reckoning for the good-doer and the wrongdoer, whom the power divided and wisdom necessitated, and He directed towards them the Qur'an, which is a reminder for the worlds with the promise, the warning, the good news, and the threat. It is known by the innate understanding of the mind that it is not correct in the wisdom of anyone to leave behind the worthless, especially if He has approached them with command and prohibition, and established the evidence of His power over them by punishing those whom He eradicated for the sake of denying His messengers, so that their punishment and the salvation of the good-doers among them would be a tangible example that the Al-Haaqqa testifies to. For whoever has the ability to do that, he has the complete power over every possible thing. He mentioned what wisdom indicated regarding the enjoyment of the obedient and the punishment of the disobedient, with what is most appropriate for the actions of each of them in these miraculous methods, phrases, structures, and meanings. , " returning to its confirmation in another way, which is that for the completeness of His knowledge and the perfection of His power, He does not confirm the one who lies against Him in his lying, let alone support him. He said, causing that when the matter reached clarity to the end, mentioning what is more eloquent than the oath, for some of the people of argument, when his opponent argues with him, says: 'You have only overcome me because you are more proficient than me in arguing with the truth, for the truth is with me.' Then his companion swears to him that he did not contradict him nor intend in his argument except the truth.

﴿So I do not swear﴾ means that no oath occurs from me ﴿by what﴾ means by the totality of what ﴿you see﴾ means that you have the ability to perceive it from everything that has entered into the realm of witnessing." :
