And when the existence of fruits with this characteristic indicates the abundance of irrigation, and the abundance of irrigation indicates the source of drinking, and it is among the singularities of the term with a general meaning, it has specified the pronouns by considering their wording, explicitly indicating each individual that is gathered by considering the meaning, informing of the shared blessings of all its people in the state of being alone and together. So He said: "Eat and drink" [meaning] a lord for them, that is an indication that there is no prohibition against it and that they are commanded to do so explicitly, indicating the pleasure of the owner of Paradise [so that] their living does not become unpleasant due to a type of danger that is imagined. The object has been omitted to indicate generality, so that it is not assumed that He excludes anything from it, which would be a cause of temptation as occurred with Adam, blessings and peace be upon him.

And when the foods and drinks in this abode lead to overindulgence and diseases, and in it there is that which is not pleasurable, and what happened to our father Adam and our mother Hawwa, blessings and peace be upon them, was due to a single meal from the bad consequence known, He said, believing in that: "Hani'an" meaning good, delicious, and pleasant food, with the distance from all harm and the safety of the outcome in every regard, and there is no filth there from urine, excrement, saliva, mucus, or anything harmful, nor headache, nor heaviness, nor anything harmful.

And when He encouraged them towards the causes, He urged them to their means and encouraged them to compete in acquiring it and to persevere [and to continue] in increasing it; He said, adding to their pleasure that this is in the form of compensation, there is no favor upon them in anything of it from anyone of the creation. For what a person loves most is to eat from what his right hand has earned and what he has gained through his work, along with the honor in that: "For what you have sent forth" meaning what you have given of yourselves for your Hereafter willingly from good deeds, and for what you have left of the world that is lowly in comparison to what you have compensated for with the works of the heart, body, and wealth "in the days". And when glorified and exalted is He, He has encompassed all that a person engages in from the interests of his worldly life, He will certainly reach it, even if he dedicates all his times to the worship of his Lord. He said: "the past" meaning the time that has passed in this world which has ended, and you have rested from its toil, and in which there is no distraction from worship. Either by leaving the engagement in earning for the one who reaches the degree of reliance, or by striving in the manner of moderation with the intention of assisting the servants (in the affairs of this abode) and favoring them, and that it should not be burdensome upon them without relying on striving, but rather in obedience to the command along with contentment with sufficiency.
