And when the estimation is a determination of that: who manages your interests outwardly and inwardly, and has inflicted these types of punishment upon the disbelievers before you, He turned to His saying, returning to the address because it is more effective in reprimanding and reproaching, and more indicative that the addressed is not worthy of fearing a determiner because He is exclusive to the dominion: ﴿Is there anyone﴾. And He pointed out that the one who manages affairs must certainly be in the utmost proximity and witnessing to them to be insightful in their care, and with His increased proximity, He is of high rank such that He is pointed to. He said, confirming the inability of the servants: ﴿This﴾ by the indication of the present ﴿which﴾ and He highlighted the return because it must be highlighted with the name due to its unsuitability for bearing the pronoun. He said: ﴿He is an army﴾ meaning a force and support, and He shifted the speech from the third person to the address because it is more effective in reprimanding.
