Commentary

And when the decree was an indication that they are the most unjust of people for their deliberate lying: who is more unjust than them for their blatant disregard in that? The saying: "And who is more unjust" is an addition to it. It encompasses everyone who possesses their description, so he said: "from those who have fabricated" meaning he deliberately lied "against Allah" meaning the Most High King "the lie" which is the ugliest of things. "And while he is" meaning the case is that he is "invited" meaning from any caller to "Islam" which is the best of things. It suffices in calling to it the slightest hint, for it is the acknowledgment of the truth for the one who deserves it. Thus, the place of response is made a fabrication of lies in that best situation.

And when the decree was: he does not guide him Allah due to his injustice, the saying: "And Allah" meaning the One to whom belongs all command, so there is no command for anyone with Him "does not guide the people" meaning He does not create guidance in the hearts of those in whom there is the strength to attempt difficult matters "the unjust" meaning those who stumble in their minds like one who is in darkness.
