This source is the most prevalent of its states, and for this reason, this name has predominated: ﴿Tanzil﴾, meaning its reaching you gradually according to events and in a way that is close to understanding, with deliberation and progression from one state to another, and wisdom through the messengers from the angels.

And when this is in the utmost agreement and ease, he mentioned from its attributes what is suitable for it, saying: ﴿From the Lord of the worlds﴾, from the Creator who is knowledgeable about their upbringing.
