And when this is its meaning, the hour in which the decree has been established that it must occur, it is expressed by building upon an omitted subject, and he said: "There is no occurrence of it" meaning the realization of its existence "that is false." [Meaning it is a lie] So it is a source expressed by the name of the doer for the sake of emphasis, that there is nothing in its states that can be attributed to it as a lie, nor does any lie occur in it at all, nor is it accepted. Rather, everything that he informed about its coming came without anything being able to prevent it, and everything he informed about its negation has been negated, so nothing comes with it. And he affirmed its greatness and established the resurrection of matters in it by saying, informing about an omitted subject:
