Commentary
And when this is one of the greatest blessings upon which the servants revolve, and by which the lands are made good, and by which the heavens and the earth stand, for the absolute threat leads to the deterrence of the soul from what it has of spreading in what harms and does not benefit, how about the threat on the Day of Judgment? He said: "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?" meaning: the One who is gracious to you with this act [the decisive one]. "You deny" the blessing of hearing from the right or from other than it, of rewarding the people of His obedience and punishing the people of His disobedience. Ibn Burjan named this report, which has no plural 'n' in it, the address of the grasp, in which he informs about His existents and what is their Creator. He said: And that is a report from Him about the essence of oneness, and what precedes it from "We will soon settle" [Ar-Rahman: 31] and similar to it, and what has the plural 'n' in it is a report about the description of His dominion and His soldiers, and it is the address of the expansion.
