And when he repeated this repetition, it was known from it that the cause of the punishment is the denial of the warning for any messenger it may be. The beginning of each story serves as a reminder that they are deserving of it so that they may take admonition from it. It was known that the implication is: 'Indeed, these admonitions have reached the limit for whoever has a heart.' So he turned to his saying, reminding of the blessing that has no equal: 'And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy to remember.' That is, glorified and exalted is He, and our glory has reached the highest point with the Qur'an, the comprehensive and distinguishing reminder. If We had willed, We would have elevated it with what We have of greatness to the extent that the powers would be unable to comprehend it, just as We elevated it to a rank where the powers ceased to oppose it in its structure, or to a point that does not cling to the tails of the least of its knowledge, except for a few from the skilled servants. So how about what is above that?

And when they were, despite that, refraining from hastening to it and turning towards it, He said, with gentleness towards them and compassion for them, causing from that: 'So is there?' And He emphasized and said: 'Any who will remember?' freeing himself from the like of what these have caused their souls, thinking that the matter would not reach what it has reached due to their ignorance and lack of concern for the consequences.
