And when the news of his salvation by carrying him in it was completed, he alerted to its effects by saying: ﴿And indeed, We left it﴾ meaning this great act of the ship sailing in this direction and keeping its kind as a sign of what we have of greatness. It is said: That ship itself remained on Mount Judi until its remnants reached this nation ﴿as a sign﴾ meaning a great sign of what we have of encompassing knowledge and complete power. ﴿So is there any who will remember?﴾ meaning one who strives in reminding because of this matter for what is due upon creation of thanking the Creator for what His messengers have guided to, as they have said.
