And when the one who is amazed may hold himself back from laughing, he clarified that they are not like that, so he said: ﴿And you laugh﴾ meaning, in mockery, you renew that at every beginning of your laughter at him, while he is far from that. And when it is only sadness that he brings about by being (p-83) descended with sadness, he said: ﴿And do not weep﴾ meaning, as is the right of one who hears him.
