And when it was established that he has no responsibility except for what he has done, and that in this world he may do good and evil without seeing the consequence of his actions for his sake or for any other reason, he negated that the Hereafter would be like that by saying: "And that his striving" meaning of good and evil "will surely" meaning without a doubt by a promise that there is no breaking of it, even if the time is long.
