And when it was said that there may be a coincidence with guidance, he said: ﴿And He does not speak﴾ (p-43) meaning that His speech does not exceed His understanding at a time from the times, neither in the present nor in the future, a speech arising ﴿from desire﴾ meaning from His command like the soothsayers whose lies prevail over their truthfulness, and the poets and others.
