And when the encompassing knowledge from the overpowering King is the greatest consolation for the believer and the greatest fear for the enemy, He said, referring to ﴿So leave them﴾ [Al-Tur: 45] or to what you may interpret: So be among the scholars in that, so that it may be the greatest consolation for you. ﴿And be patient﴾ means to establish this truth so that you may be patient regarding what you are in of fulfilling the message and what it entails of the burdens from the harm of people and others. And due to his being in the position of turning away from the disbelievers, and the fact that his turning away from them is harder for him than enduring their warning, even if it results in their denial and mockery, the emphasis here is on patience, so it was prioritized. Also, the turning away from them necessitates counting them as perishing, and that is the position of gathering. Gathering is only valid by distinction, therefore the command to be patient was prioritized. The ruling was mentioned as an indication that he is established in the position of distinction just as he is rooted in the position of gathering, unlike the one who is wrapped up, for indeed its context is for the warning that arises from it, which is the utmost harm. Thus, the emphasis there was on the mention of Allah, considering the annihilation of the perishing ones, even if it is directly related to their supplication. And he expressed it in a way that reminds of good upbringing, increasing in consolation. This context necessitated that He, glorified and exalted is He, encouraged him by saying: ﴿For the judgment of your Lord﴾ meaning the One who is gracious to you, for He is the One who wills that. If He had not willed it, nothing of it would have occurred. So it is a favor from Him to you, and a training for you, and an elevation in the ranks of wisdom. And this was caused by His saying regarding what predominates over human nature at certain times of trial, of a kind of forgetfulness: ﴿Indeed, you are in Our sight﴾. He gathered it due to what the letter of greatness necessitates, which is apparent in the gathering, and as an indication that he is surrounded by the soldiers whose sight is from His sight, glorified and exalted is He. He is protected and cared for by Him and His soldiers, and is active in preserving him like one who has eyes encompassing his protected one from every direction.
