And when one who claims exclusivity in something envies one who claims partnership in it, he means by saying: "Or do they have the unseen?" meaning specifically for them, "knowledge of it" meaning its knowledge, "so they write" meaning they renew for the people the writing of all that has been absent from them of what benefits them and harms them, until they envy you for what you have shared with them of it. So they reject it for that reason and attribute to you what they have attributed to you of that which everyone knows you have distanced yourself from and are far removed from.
