This refers to those who concealed what has appeared of these evidences that no rational person can deny. From their day, it has been attributed to them because it is specific to them and not to the believers. They are the ones who are promised in this world and the Hereafter. The end of it has matched the beginning of it with the truth of the warning. The strong oath has been established by decisive evidence. And Allah knows best what is correct, and to Him is the return and the final destination.
