And when it was known that whoever turns away from the judgment of Allah has certainly turned towards the judgment of Satan, which is the essence of desire, which is the religion of the people of ignorance, those who have no guiding Book nor a regulating law, this has caused them to deny it by saying: ﴿Is there a judgment of ignorance?﴾; meaning: specifically; while its judgments are not accepted by any sane person, because there is no Book that calls to it; rather, it is merely whims.
