And when he mentioned the state of the message, he mentioned its reason and said: ﴿So that you may believe﴾ meaning: those whom We have judged to have faith among those to whom We have sent you - this is according to the reading of Ibn Kathir and Abu Amr in the unseen, and according to the reading of the others in the addressed meaning. O Messenger, and those whom We have decreed to guide from his nation, renewing that in every moment, continuing upon it, and likewise the actions after him. This is the greatest kindness for what is in the intimacy of the address from the hope of nearness. ﴿By Allah﴾ meaning: the One to whom it is not permissible for anyone [of His creation] - and all are His creation - to turn to anyone else due to His gathering of the attributes of majesty and honor. ﴿And His Messenger﴾ (p-293) whom He sent, the One who has all things in ownership and dominion over all His creation.

And when the love of Allah and His Messenger is satisfied without end, He said regarding that: ﴿In the morning and in the evening﴾ meaning: and in the evening, indicating what is between day and night [by that].
