And when he mentioned the sending down of the Book in that great and blessed state for the sake of the sending, and clarified that most of the fruit of the sending is the warning for what is with those to whom it is sent from themselves, this indicates the well-planned arrangement that wisdom of upbringing necessitated. He said: "My Lord," meaning: the Owner, Creator, and Planner of "the heavens," meaning: all the celestial bodies, "and the earth," and what is in it, "and what is between them" of what you see in this space, and what is in it of air and others, of what you know from the acquisition of the servants, and others of what you do not know. It is known that He is the Lord of the Throne and the Chair, so it is known by this that He is the Owner of all sovereignty.

And when they were acknowledging this Lordship and were averse to describing themselves as not truly realizing something they acknowledge, He pointed to what is required of them by this acknowledgment if they are as they claim in their realization. He said: "If you are certain," meaning: if you have certainty that He is the Creator of what He has instilled in your instincts and natures, with a pure knowledge firmly established, free from the impurities of the desires of the souls and the obstacles of attachments, then you know that there must be for these very dense bodies a true separation from one another without a visible holder, with the change of each of them by various changes from a Lord. And that it cannot be while they are on this system except that He is complete in knowledge, encompassing in ability, chosen in His planning, wise in all His affairs and all His decrees. And it is not permissible in wisdom that He leaves those in it from the knowledgeable and rational ones, who are the essence of what is in them, as mere debris, some of them seeking to overpower others without a messenger informing them of His commands, His rulings, and His prohibitions, alerting them that He did not create this entire creation except for their sake, so that they may beware of His might and bind themselves with gratitude for what He has bestowed upon them of various gifts.
