And when it was that he might have thought that the prohibited thing is merely making them, peace be upon him, females by virtue of the relation to Him, glorified and exalted is He, he alerted that this is ugly in itself absolutely for its indication of their contempt and belittlement of Him. Thus, it is a third type of disbelief in addition to the two types before it: attributing a child to Him, glorified and exalted is He. And if he does a bad deed, the one on the right says to the one on the left: Leave him for seven hours, perhaps he will glorify Allah or seek forgiveness." This was narrated by Al-Shabi and Al-Baghawi through him, and Al-Tabarani and Al-Bayhaqi through Ja'far from Al-Qasim from Abu Umamah, may Allah be pleased with him. And Al-Bayhaqi narrated from the narration of Bishr ibn Namir from Al-Qasim similar to it, and Abu Na'im in Al-Hilyah and Ibn Marduyah from the narration of Ismail ibn Ayash from Asim ibn Raja from Urwah ibn Ruwaym from Al-Qasim from Abu Umamah, may Allah be pleased with him. And Al-Hakim narrated and said: The chain of narration is authentic from Umm 'Ismah Al-'Awsiyyah, may Allah be pleased with her, who said: "There is no Muslim who commits a sin except that the King stands for three hours. If he seeks forgiveness for his sin, he will not be punished for it and will not be tormented on the Day of Resurrection."
