And when it was as if it was said in denial against them and mockery of them, since they were not pleased that they made for Him, to whom belongs the creation of His servants, a part, until they made it the worst of the two parts, the females. They are the most averse of people to them. That part which you made female was granted to Him, not by force, so that He could not separate from it, as was mentioned in the previous surah about His sacred self that He gives to whom He wills females and cannot be deficient in them in any way. He returned to the address because He firmly established the reproach of choosing misguidance over correctness: "Or has He taken" meaning he dealt with himself and took after the dealing, while He is the Creator of all creation, "from what He creates" meaning He renews His creation at all times as you have acknowledged. "Daughters" so He could not, after the obligation and effort, create anything other than the daughters which are the most despised of the two parts to you. He used the indefinite form to specify their taking of this type which others share with Him in it. He added to His saying "taken" to be negated in the most eloquent manner since it is in the context of denial: "And He chose you" and He is the Master while you are His servants, "with sons" meaning the complete part for you which is deserving to always be present in the mind. For this reason, He made it known, and because they claimed that this entire type is exclusive to them and that He does not share with them in anything of it, this second disbelief was more deeply rooted in the places than the first due to the increase in absolute need with foolishness in that He was pleased with the lowly and despicable, so He did not share with them in anything of the higher, rather He made for them that which is pure and free from the slightest impurity.
