And when He (the Most High) informed that the purification is only to Him due to His greatness and comprehensive knowledge; and that was a matter in which there is no dispute; and He bore witness against them for their misguidance; and it was established that this is His speech; with what He has of miraculousness in both the elaboration and the brevity; their lies were proven false; so He increased in reproaching them; and He said - marveling at His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) from their audacity; and their transgression against one who knows their lies; and has the power to hasten their punishment; clarifying that he (blessings and peace be upon him) is in the presence; after clarifying their distance -: "Look how they fabricate"; meaning: they deliberately do so; "against Allah"; meaning: the One who nothing is hidden from Him; and nothing can overpower Him; "the lie"; meaning: without fear from them of that consequence; "And sufficient"; meaning: while He is sufficient; "with it"; meaning: with this lie; "a clear sin"; meaning: evident in itself; and calling it out as false.
