Commentary
Then he said - warning against falling into misguidance -: ﴿And whoever does that﴾; meaning: what is prohibited regarding killing; and others; the great distance from the presence of Allah; ﴿aggression and injustice﴾; meaning: without right; and his conjunction of the description with the conjunction 'and' indicates the extremity of each of them; this is alongside what the description of 'doing' implies; of exaggeration; so the intended meaning is the fierce enemy who exceeds (p-261) the limits; arising from the covenant; and the extremity of injustice that has no blemish of truth in it; ﴿So we will surely admit him to a Fire﴾; meaning: we will enter him into it; with a threat that there is no changing of it; even if his delay is long; ﴿And that﴾; meaning: the great matter that he is warned of; ﴿is easy for Allah﴾; meaning: for He has majesty; and beauty; ﴿easy﴾; meaning: because it does not diminish anything from His dominion; nor does anything prevent it.
