And when it became clear from this is His glorification of the ties of kinship; by placing it in the context of His mention - glorified and exalted is He - expressed by His greatest name - as He did similarly in other verses; and it had previously been mentioned in the last surah the story of 'Uhud'; which revealed the orphans; then He mentioned in His saying (exalted is He): ﴿Every soul will taste death﴾ [Aal 'Imran: 185]; that death is ordained; there is no escape for any soul from its coming; it is known that there must be orphans at all times; so He called for chastity; and justice towards them; for they are the ones most deserving of being feared regarding Allah; and it is feared that He be watched over because of them; so He said: ﴿And give to the orphans﴾; meaning: the weak; those who have been separated from their fathers; and the root of 'yutma' (orphanhood) is separation; ﴿their wealth﴾; meaning: prepare it with good management; so that you may give it to them after they reach maturity - as will come; or the giving may be real; and orphanhood in consideration of what was; or in consideration of the linguistic name; which is the absolute separation; and how magnificent it is to bestow it upon the commanding verse after the generality of fearing Allah, specifically in the ties of kinship; concluded with the description of the watcher!
