And when he removed the doubts of all the opponents from all the sects: the Jews; the Christians; and the hypocrites; and established the proof against them; and established the decisive evidence for the gathering of all creatures; it was established that they are all His servants; He addressed them in guidance; as a kindness from Him to them; and said: ﴿O mankind﴾; meaning: all of them; the people of the Book and others.

And when the listener is worthy of having his chest opened by the decisive evidence with brief and comprehensive words; he said: ﴿Indeed, there has come to you a proof﴾; meaning: a clear proof; evident; beneficial for complete certainty; and he is a Messenger supported by decisive evidence from the miracles; and others; ﴿from your Lord﴾; meaning: the One who has been gracious to you by sending that which you have never seen any kindness except from Him.

And when the Qur'an is the attribute of the Most Merciful; it came with the manifestation of greatness; and said: ﴿And We have sent down﴾; meaning: by virtue of our greatness; and power; and knowledge; and wisdom; upon the Messenger described; culminating in ﴿to you a clear light﴾; meaning: clear in itself; clarifying for others; and this is the Qur'an, comprehensive in its miraculous nature; and the beauty of its expression; between the realization of transmission; and the enlightenment of the mind; so there remains for no one among those called by it any kind of excuse; and the result is that He - glorified is He - when He created for humanity a mind; and placed in it a light that does not go astray; nor lean; no matter how it is stripped; but He - glorified is He - surrounded it with desires; and chances; and boredom; and lethargy; so he was in most of his conditions limited; except for the Prophets - blessings and peace be upon them -; and those whom He - glorified is He - has associated with them; He sent down His Books with that mind stripped of every hindrance; and commanded them to make their minds submissive to Him; obedient to Him; because they are mixed; and He is pure; there is no mixture in Him whatsoever.
